2. The layout of floor heating pipes is relatively complicated, and the spacing should be designed in advance, and the shape should be pre-laid. If the pipes are not laid properly, it will cause local lack of heat. Pay attention to the selection of insulation materials. If the insulation materials are not good, the heat will be dissipated downstairs, which will affect the comfort experience and even release harmful substances.
3. Pay attention to the backfilling of fine stone concrete. The diameter of the stone particles is less than 1 cm, and the ratio of cement mortar is 1:3. Do not use a vibrator, and it should be paved manually.
4. After the floor heating is installed, it must be debugged. If there is no debugging, it is forbidden to use it. When the water source, power supply, and hot water return are normal, the whole system should be debugged. During the debugging process, the on-site supervision should be carried out, and the signature can only be signed after confirmation.
5. During the decoration process, it is not allowed to drill holes or nail nails on the ground. If the floor heating coil is accidentally leaked, water leakage will easily occur. After the decoration is completed, do not drill holes or nails after laying the floor, otherwise it will be very troublesome to solve.
6. It is not allowed to directly enlarge the furniture on the floor, because the floor surface is a heat dissipation surface, otherwise it will affect the flow of hot air, resulting in the room not reaching the expected heating effect.
7. Do not use a moisture-proof pad underneath when laying the floor, which will affect heat conduction and increase energy consumption.
